University of Gondar Signs MoU with Korean University, Seoul
Prof. Mengesh Admassu President and Dr. Desalegne Mengesha Degefaw, Vice President Academics, UoG recently visited Korea to explore academic, Research, collaboration and opportunities ahead.
The visit proved to be highly successful with joint venture collaboration and signing of MoU between Korean University College of medicine and University of Gondar, College of Medicine and Health Sciences.
The MoU provides opportunities to foster academic exchange and cooperation for the growth Institutions by mutual exchange programs and activities.
It was a matter of pride for the delegation of Gondar University to visit School of medicines, College of Business and College of Life sciences and Seoul National University.
After exploring the growth and future in health care financing and health insurance systems, the delegation looked at the potential engagement and scope with Seoul National University and desired to make UoG to be a national advisor in health care insurance systems in Ethiopia.
To begin with the Korean University, School of medicine, has extended the invited to Head of Medical Science, UoG, to participate in the Asia Pacific Biomedical Conference to be held in Seoul on January 20, 2015.
