UoG and other East African scholars release a new book entitled: Harnessing Nanotechnology for Sustainable Development in Africa
The University of Gondar’s own Prof. Hailemichael Teshome and various other intellectuals from other Horn of Africa nations have produced a book that reflects on the current status of today’s biggest and most relevant technology. The book co-edited by Hailemichael Teshome (Prof.), Cosmas Ochieng (PhD), Guillermo Foladori (PhD) and Dessalegn Mengesha (MD) has brought together lawyers, health experts and practitioners, nuclear scientists, geoscientists and chemists to collaborate on the realization of the book.

With a scope that reaches such areas as energy production, construction and agriculture nanotechnology is set to be the next big thing.
