Prospective Graduates of Postgraduate Program of the 2020 GC(2012 EC) academic year who are going to defend your thesis/dissertation virtually, please download the Prospective Graduates Required Information Releasing Form from https://uog.edu.etregistrar/forms/ and fill in all the required information carefully, sign and attach the scanned version of the completed form to your respective Assistant Registrar office via email together with the 150.00/one hundred & fifty birr/ receipt paid to University of Gondar Special Fund, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia B/A 1000018782492.

Please be advised that, no graduation will be processed unless the Prospective Graduates Required Information Releasing Form application is completed and submitted to your respective A/registrar office by the deadline with 150.00/one hundred & fifty birr/ receipt.
