3.2. ICT Services Policy

ICT Directorate shall provide a Single Sign-on authentication services for all ICT services and applications
The provision of secured University E-mail services and related storage quotas shall be centrally defined, managed, and periodically reviewed by the ICT Directorate;
All the University of Gondar websites and portals will be centrally hosted;
Access to ICT services such as e-mail will be provided to authorized users as stated in the Cyber Security Policy specified in section 5, and
Internet connection or access to the network by a third party (for example by commercial organizations, onsite postal office, bank, or any other) must be approved by the University’s top management.
