Skills development training was provided for UoG staff who are persons with disabilities

The Director of Disability Services Directorate at the University of Gondar provided training on management and administration skills development for its staff members who are persons with disabilities.

In her opening remarks, Dr. Aster Asrat, Director of the Disability Services Directorate shared that people with disabilities are not currently in positions of higher levels in general. She expressed people with disabilities should be leaders in with an abundance of knowledge and skills, adding that the management training will help people with disabilities gain a better understanding of how to manage their work in a scientific and more technical manner.
