University of Gondar Scholars Participate in the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Program
To enhance internationalization, the University of Gondar’s Vice President for Administration, Mr. Lijalem Gashaw; the Deputy Dean for Postgraduate and Research Affairs of the Institute of Technology, Dr. Tewodros Nigatu; and the Erasmus+ Project Coordinator, Dr. Daniel Tadesse, visited Poland’s Poznan University of Technology from May 18–24, 2025.
During their visit, they participated in teaching, seminars, and tours of research projects and laboratories. The delegation also promoted the University of Gondar and discussed ways to strengthen future collaboration, aiming to expand joint mobility activities for more postgraduate students and scholars. In addition to academic engagements, the delegation visited Volkswagen’s car assembly plant and PROMAG, an industrial equipment manufacturing and supply company.
Similarly, in February 2025, two scholars from the Polish university, Dr. Emilia Konowal and Dr. Anna Modrzejewska, spent a week at the University of Gondar.
