University of Gondar Staff with extensive grant writing experience organized a workshop that focused on Grant Writing techniques
The College of Social Sciences and Humanities Organized and event centered on passing along much needed knowledge when it comes to Grant Writing.
With this in mind the College invited two experienced Grant writers to share their experiences with numerous staff members who were in attendance. Dr. Binyam Chaklu and Mr. Gebeyhu Begashaw gave presentation on Grant Writing Techniques too numerous graduate students and staff members on 4 December 2020.
Dr. Binyam Chaklu the first presenter shared with those in attendance numerous go to tips on how to write research grants. He elaborated on his own research grant writing techniques and concepts.
He also shared his extensive experience in the field of research and also presented his own and success and draw backs. Dr. Binyam also expressed the hope that teachers and researchers can do a lot more work together as the University is now a national Research University and this can inevitably create more favorable conditions.
Similarly, Mr. Gebeyhu Begashaw on his part also gave his experience with Grant Writing with his particular fields in mind. Afterwards the audience members were allowed to ask questions and a discussion ensued.
