University of Gondar Annual Health Award 2025/26 – Call for Nominations

The University of Gondar is pleased to announce the call for nominations for the Annual Health Award 2025/26, which recognizes outstanding individuals, teams, and institutions contributing significantly to Ethiopia’s health sector. The award honors excellence across four categories: Lifetime Achievement in Health Service, Community Health Champion, Health Research Excellence, and Health Educator/Mentor Excellence.

Eligible nominees include Ethiopian and international individuals, teams, and institutions with demonstrated impact on health outcomes in Ethiopia across research, service delivery, education, leadership, and community engagement. Nominations should be submitted through the online platform (https://survey.uog.edu.et/surveys/national-health-award-ethiopia
), along with all required supporting documents.

The award ceremony will take place during the University of Gondar Graduation Ceremony, where winners will receive formal recognition and become part of the UoG Health Impact Network.
