11.2 External ICT Services Purchasing
External ICT services include cloud services, journal subscription, databases subscription, hosting of softwares, accessing third party softwares (except via the internet), maintenance/support services and any other third party supplied ICT-related services including consultancy.
All requests for External ICT services shall be purchased or subscribed by the requesting academic unit or directorate and the ICT Directorate together.
